TOOTY FROOTY’S Show
is a High-Energy, Fun Filled Madcap Extravaganza with Music, Comedy Magic Show
and Audience Participation. Parties typically consist of a Mini-Disco, Comedy
Magic Show, Games and Prizes. The duration of the show is more or less two
hours. A break for lunch or tea follows your first hour. You organise the food,
your entertainer does the rest!
(See” Important Notes” below re food
allergies).
TOOTY FROOTY’S’ Costumes may change from time to time and may not
always appear like the ones shown on her website or on her publicity cards.
TOOTY FROOTY will arrive approximately fifteen minutes before your
guests. Please ensure the venue is accessible, as the party will commence at
the appointed time stated overleaf. (When necessary, parking must be paid for by the
client.)
Your entertainer makes every attempt to ensure that they arrive at the
given time schedule, however, late arrivals at times are unavoidable and beyond
an entertainer’s control.
Important Notes:
1-* your
booking is confirmed and guaranteed from when your details were taken on the
telephone; not sending the agreement form back does not terminate your booking.

2-* Once
you’ve read and agreed to all the
“Terms and Conditions” as set out on your agreement, complete your form and post it back. A Stamped address envelope will be
provided.
3-* Great deals of children today have all types of food allergies. Please
be exceptionally aware of this when providing your party foods. Ask parents to
inform you about allergies and special diets on the invitation.
Cancellations:
A client who needs to cancel a booking must please let TOOTY FROOTY know personally as soon as possible on the telephone or
in writing by postal correspondence only. Booking cancellations will not be
accepted on the answer-phone or by email through the website.
Please
note that 50% of the fee will be required for bookings cancelled within 4 weeks
of the booking date. If less than
fourteen days notice of cancellation is given, 100% of the fee is payable.
Payment
Terms:
Please
settle on the day of the performance unless prior arrangements were made
between yourself and TOOTY FROOTY. If you
encounter any problems on the day, please do not hesitate to contact TOOTY
