Choose location for your party and make reservations, if necessary.

 

Confirm with TOOTY FROOTY and receive your confirmation in the post.

 

Build up the guest list (neighbours, friends, class mates, team mates, cousins, etc.).

3-4 Weeks

Before

 

Make or purchase your invitations

 

Post invitations about 21/2 weeks before party

2 Weeks

Before

 

 

 

Purchase party supplies; your decorations and going home presses’

Purchase enough for siblings and few other extra guests Or ask TOOTY FROOTY to put together yours gifts if you prefer.

Plan your menu and make your shopping list

(IMPORTANT...NO NUT CONTENTS)

 

Organise some help for the day.

Find family members and friends who can help set-up/clean-up, prepare and serve food.

 

Order cake & balloons.

 

Prepare any foods that can be frozen for the following week

2-3 Days

Before

 

 

 

Charge video camera battery and make sure cameras are working.

 

Do shopping.

 

Get cash or make out cheques for any paid helpers.

 

Prepare going home bags, unless TOOTY FROOTY is bringing them with for you.

Day

Before

 

Prepare remaining food, including cake or cupcakes if making these.

 

If your party is at home, Clean and child proof party area.

Party Day!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Finish last minute food preparation.

 

Pick up cake; and the balloons if they are helium Don’t forget the matches!!!!

 

Set-up and decorate party area or hall half an hour before

 

Set-up TOOTY FROOTY’S table near some power points

 

Have fun! Relax! TOOTY FROOTY has arrived. Phew!!!

 

Do minimum levels of cleaning-up if you are at home

In a hall clear up afterwards so you can enjoy the party too.
